Mr. Worakorn Yosying, Deputy Govenor of Chiang Mai Province had speech welcoming address to the delegates for relationship, information exchange, creat friendship and culture with members club of International Friendship Force in northern part in the area of Chiang Mai Province at City Hall of Chiang Mai Province on 14 November, 2011.
